At MyStoryBooks.co, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we do not accept returns in general, we understand that sometimes there might be issues with the physical books you receive. In such cases, we are committed to working with you to find a suitable solution. Please review our return policy below.

Refunds (if applicable)

We only offer refunds in cases where the book you receive is damaged or has a manufacturing defect. To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the book, providing a detailed description of the issue and including clear photos of the damage or defect.
  2. Email us at mystorybooks.help@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Book Order Number]."

Please note that we do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with content, as all our books are personalized and created based on the information provided by the customer.

Once we have reviewed and approved your refund request, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
